Star Dew Valley is developed and published by Concerned ape and designed by Eric Barone, who was illumed by the Harvest moon series. Nominated for Game of the Year 2017-BAFTA Games Awards and Winner of the Golden Joysticks’ Breakthrough Award.

The game was released in February 2016. This is a farming simulation game. Where the player is allowed to grow crops, vend, and have a family in the burg.

The players induce a character, who becomes the philanthropist of a plot of land and a small house formerly possessed by their forefather in a small town called Pelican Town. Players may select from several different ranch types, each with a unique theme and different benefits and downsides. The farmyard is originally overrun with boulders, trees, stumps, and weeds, and players must work to clear them to renew the farm, tending to crops and livestock to induce profit and further expand the farm’s structures and installations.

The plot is well written. The background music is so comforting. The characters have detailed personalities. Stardew Valley beautifully combines farm simulation with RPG rudiments to produce an interesting, absorbing bucolic world The plot is amazing, and following on is fun. Along with the brotherhood and alliances you can develop with certain characters. It takes time to make up your life in the game. You can make the ranch of your dreams.

Players take the part of a character who takes over their departed grandfather’s dilapidated ranch in a place known as Stardew Valley.

Stardew Valley is open-ended, allowing players to take on activities similar as growing crops, raising animals, mining and rustling, selling yield, and fraternizing with the townspeople, including the capability to marry and have children. It also allows up to three other players to play online together.
