Description

In this completely redesigned version of Mario Kart, Mario and his pals go international, and in addition to racing on the traditional Mario Kart courses, they may also compete on new courses that are modeled after cities from across the world. These locations are going to be highlighted in tours that rotate every two weeks! In addition to courses that are based on famous landmarks, several of your favorite Mario Kart characters will get new iterations that reflect the culture of the cities that are included in the game.

You will have access to a vast arsenal of objects that may be used in a variety of ways while racing on the Mario Kart Tour! You may turn up the heat on your opponents by activating the new Insane Mode, which gives you access to an infinite supply of some goods and makes you unstoppable. Because Crazy Mode will only be active for a short while, you should make the most of the mayhem that it brings.

Race against other players or light up the featured pipe to win Grand Stars and unlock additional drivers, karts, and gliders. Next to your game name, you also have the option to proudly display any badges you’ve won by successfully completing certain challenges.

In some competitions, the goal is not necessarily to finish in first place. These special challenge courses, which have names like “Vs. Mega Bowser” and “Goomba Takedown,” need a different gameplay and strategic approach than the regular levels!

During the race, you will not be able to go forward or backward in any way; instead, you will only be able to control the direction of turning trucks to the left or right, as well as the direction of launching props through the front and back of the vehicle. In addition, the number of laps in each race has been cut from three or more to two (with the exception of “3DS Rainbow Road”), and the total number of players has been capped at eight. Each Cup features three distinct courses in addition to a single technical obstacle (e.g. time trial). It is much less likely for vehicles to deviate from the main track, unless they take one of the concealed side roads that leads to one of the side tracks. There is no time limit on the cooldown for prop boxes, and every player is guaranteed to obtain a new item whenever they travel through a certain area.

Basic points can be earned by the player based on their choice of character, truck, and glider. Track points can be earned by beginning with a storage rocket, traveling to particular locations for maneuvers, tilting mini-accelerations, and influencing opponents with props. After successfully completing a race, players are rewarded with “Gold,” “Exalted Stars,” and experience. Players can use “Gold” to purchase characters, trucks, or gliders from the daily store; “Exalted Stars” are used to unlock future cups and treasure chests; and experience is used to level up players.
