Description

Where’s My Water 2 was developed as a follow-up to the popular strategy game Where’s My Water. On September 12th, 2013, Disney Mobile, a branch of Disney Interactive, hosted the game that was created by Creature Feep.

Characters from the video game Where’s My Water? are included in the “Where’s My Water 2” app, which is the first significant installment in the franchise. It presents new excursions for the three alligators, Allie, Cranky, and Swampy, to exciting new locations. It is the follow-up to the first Where’s My Water game, in which players collect rubber ducks to move through and open new game worlds.

The principal game developer, Tim FitzRandolph, told TechHive that they intended to create Where’s My Water 2 to be utterly unique while also being visually beautiful. If you’re keeping score at home, the release of the sequel and the previous game’s second anniversary on the iOS App Store coincide flawlessly.

Have you ever participated in video games like Where’s My Water? If you’ve played Where’s My Water? 2 and any of its many holiday-themed spin-offs, such as Where’s My Perry? or Where’s My Mickey?, you’ll be very at ease and natural. You must create a path for water, goo, or steam to flow to a pipeline in order to finish each stage. One of the stages is based on each of the three alligators, and each gator has particular demands that must be fulfilled: Swampy likes to take showers, therefore you have to direct liquids to his shower head. You’ll need to route purple goo to Cranky’s wash basin in order to remove the algae that is growing on the treat that is on his plate because he likes to eat. You need to direct water to an instrument for Allie to be able to play it since she likes to make music. Swampy likes showering because he likes to eat.

You can get bonus points and unlock more features by gathering the rubber ducks that are scattered around the path. To move to a higher level, however, water must be sent through the proper conduit. A level can be completed as many times as you like.

You will also notice that the game has a “free-to-play” mode: The program is free to download, however there are in-app purchases accessible at specific times during the game. You can choose to obtain power-ups that specifically alter the water in order to move through the more difficult levels of the game more rapidly. A vacuum, an absorber, and a dropper are all needed to collect ducks and are all accessible in the game as power-ups. You can also spend money on a suggestion tool if you are unable to finish a move.

Overall, Where’s My Water 2 plays less like a Swampy sequel and more like an enhanced version of the original game. The levels are difficult while still feeling familiar, the obstacles are smartly made, and the advancements are there to help you if you have any problems.

Editor’s Review & How To Play

Similar to the earlier Where’s My Water game, your character must obtain the appropriate fluid for Allie, Cranky, or Swampy. Each creature has access to water sources located throughout the entire level. The liquid may gather in several locations or may stream from a conduit. The fluid may occasionally need to pass through pipes or make connections with equipment in order to reach the inlet. You can go on to the next level once the alligators have the appropriate amount of fluid. The game level has various rubber ducks scattered about that can be collected after they have soaked up some water.

The rules are as follows. You’ll need a specified quantity of keys to access some gates that open up to more realms. There are two methods to acquire these keys: either for free by watching advertising, or for real money by purchasing in-app items. On some levels, there are additional riches buried in the ground; when they are found, they will release hidden objects on every planet.

Challenges

Along with the basic levels, the game has a number of challenge levels that you can find. While the difficulty levels are situated at the same levels as the basic levels, they have been altered, making it harder for you to finish the game. You will be able to gather more ducks after successfully performing these tasks, which are required for opening blocked gates and unlocking more worlds.

Prevent It

You must complete the level without obtaining any ducks in order to complete this challenge. Contrary to the earlier edition, a “No” symbol has been added to the rubber ducks to warn you against gathering them. Similar to how they are in beginner mode, ducks in “Avoid It!” can still be destroyed by some forms of harmful fluids, such as explosives released by mines. But since this is not considered to be gathered, you might keep seeking for a way to complete the assignment.

Goose Swamp

This mode’s duties are fairly similar to those in the previous game, but you have to complete the level utilizing a variety of ducks, each of which needs a different kind of fluid. Different ducks were used in the “Duck Swap” assignments, but you still had to pay attention to which alligators were highlighted in order to give them the proper liquid.

The Driller

You can drill through rocks in this mode’s chores to give Allie, Cranky, or Swampy the proper fluid. You must take care not to supply the fluid in a way that activates the pipelines or switching equipment needed to reach inaccessible areas.

Visitor Star

A modified level that uses the same map as the initial one but substitutes Allie, Cranky, or Swampy for the alligator present in the original level. Depending on whatever alligator is present at this level, you must use a specific kind of fluid. You will need to pay attention to those rubber ducks that demand different fluids from the alligator currently in the spotlight since the rubber duck will be altered to accordance with the alligators currently in the spotlight.

The melody

You must give the right fluid to each melody in this mode (depending on which alligator is featured on each level) in order to complete the level (blue, orange, red, green, and purple). The work will need to be redone from scratch if you collect the notes in the wrong order. To finish the mission, you must still bring the proper fluid to Allie, Cranky, or Swampy after gathering all the melodies in the proper order.

Turned Around

Despite the fact that the instructions has been reversed, you must finish the level. The gameplay is a little more difficult in these tasks because the level is reversed; you must come up with a different plan to gather rubber ducks and to get the right fluids to Allie, Cranky, or Swampy.

Advice and Techniques

Additionally, you have the option of purchasing power-ups within the game to help them go through difficult levels and collect ducks. The Vacuum, the Absorber, and the Dropper are the three types of power-ups that are available in this game.

All sorts of ducks can draw their own fluids to themselves thanks to the vacuum power-up, but even when it’s turned on, they can still draw harmful substances that will kill them when they come into touch with water.

All species of rubber ducks can eat any fluid with the Absorber power-up, but you still have to restart the level if they give Allie, Cranky, or Swampy the wrong fluid. This is so that you can still send the appropriate fluid to Allie, Cranky, or Swampy even if you have used the Absorber in some stages. Still, blasts have the power to destroy any kind of rubber duck.

The level will start with all of the ducks virtually complete, and you will need to collect just a few drops of the necessary fluid to finish it. This power-up is called a “dropper.”

In addition to power-ups, the game also offers visual instructions for players who are having problems completing harder stages.

Some of the levels include Duck Rush levels in addition to the usual levels; this brand-new option is only present in the remake of the original game. In standard levels, your goal is to give the fluid to Allie, Cranky, or Swampy. The goal of Duck Rush levels is different from prior levels’ goals since the screen is moving and you need to get the fluid to Allie, Cranky, or Swampy as soon as possible. You will restart the level at the beginning if you fail the task. Ducks can be gathered along the way to finish the game successfully, but they also have to navigate their way around various dangers.

I’m done now! We hope that this guide, which includes the game’s description and instructions, is useful to you. The most fascinating physics-based puzzler from Disney has a sequel at last! Let’s enjoy playing Where’s My Water 2 together.
